Caption says: "限定9个名额 EXDOLL 全新作品 S级头部 初葉 适用于浮世绘系列", which Google translates to this gibberish "Limited to 9 places EXDOLL new works S-level head of the early leaves for the Ukiyo-painted series".

So it seems to be a limited edition of a head with S-level makeup. The domestic Chinese price given is ￥6980 respectively ￥4999 (discounted), which corresponds with €906 respectively €649 (discounted), without shipping and import fees. Wow, that's a price segment where competitors like OI will start to get scared…
