Doll Sweet's factory is located in Dalian, China. The factory is divided into five departments:
- the design unit,
- the molding workshop,
- production workshop,
- make-up workshop and
- quality department.
All doll's bodies and faces are designed by professional sculptors and stylists.
Only the most excellent accomplished doll will become our final product.
Doll Sweet has developed an own high quality mold process.
Each doll is hand-made. The production process involves over 80 working procedures and consumes over a week.
It need to cleaning and clipping when the doll release form the mold.
Make-up and color painting is most import part in the doll making processing, it is completed by professional cosmeticians.
At Doll Sweet, quality control is very important, we check every doll before it package and shipping to customer.
