For the simulation skin of the DS doll model, we use imported polymer human body silicone rubber as the material which is non-toxic and without any peculiar smell.

When the silicone products are laid aside for a long time, there will be oil leakage on their surface which is due to that silicone oil is contained in the silicone formula and is a normal phenomenon.

You only need to wipe the surface gently with towel. Moreover, while dolls are being used or laid aside, dust and stains will adhere to their surface. In order to keep the good performance of the silicone skin and the cleanness of the silicone surface, please carry out maintenance after every certain period of time.

The maintenance intervals differ according to the service status and storage environment. Generally speaking, it had better to be once a month.

Maintenance methods

Firstly, dip the sponge or towel into the warm water and then use it to wipe the doll's surface gently. If there is dirt or smears sticking to the silicone surface, please wipe it many times with soap water and don't daub it forcibly.

When one is wiping the silicone surface, please don't use corrosive cleanser such as strong acid and alkali solution, powerful disinfection solution and detergent, etc.

Soap, liquid laundry detergent, liquid shampoo, shower gel or mild detergent can be uses for cleansing.

After the surface is dry, put bath powder or talcum powder on the doll, and in this process please wear masks to avoid breathing in dust.

Maintenance of the joint parts

If the doll's joints are kept bent for a long time, creases and wrinkles will appear on its surface which is due to the improper posture it is placed in and prolonged pressure on the surface.

For example, if it is placed sitting in the chair for a long time, there will be horizontal lines on its abdomen.

Silicone has resilience itself, so when the doll model is not used, keep it in the posture just like when it came out of the factory, reduce the force on all joints and lay it aside for a certain period of time, the creases and wrinkles will decrease and disappear.

Maintenance of the doll's coating

The makeup done on the doll when they leave the factory use silicone coating which usually will not fall off.

However, don't wipe it forcibly especially the make-up on the doll's face and the eyebrow and eyelash parts. Please pay attention to the wiping force when the doll is cleaned.

If too much force is used, the hair will drop and its color will be rubbed off. Once the color is rubbed off, it is difficult to make repairs.

The common cosmetics can be used to do makeup on the doll, such as lipstick and blusher, etc. Yet do not use too thick and sticky ointment to do coating on the face or it will be difficult to do cleaning.

When discharging the makeup of the doll, please don't daub it forcibly and use soap water or makeup remover to wipe it gently.
