Cargo overload resolving
Hi,
the cargo overload claimed by Doll Sweet's shipping agent seems to be slowly resolving.
At least some of the pending shipments have started to move; one has been delivered today, after a transit time of almost three weeks.
For newer shipments we have switched to a different shipping agent; he could cut down transit time to Europe to about two weeks which better, but still a bit too slow.
Both shipping agents promise that the cargo overload is only temporary. We sure do hope so.

That's good news. These last 2 weeks would've been perfect for receiving the doll. Next weeks might be a bit more tricky. I wonder what's happening in Shenzhen. It's not even fully a holiday season yet.

I wish I could answer that… All I can say that a) all Chinese doll traffic depends on these shipping agents, that b) the cargo overload does not only affect DS shipments and that c) the cargo overload is destination agnostic (doesn't matter if the shipment goes to Finland, Germany or the UK).
Fingers crossed that the traffic keeps flowing…

Yeah hoping for that too. Also that the prolonged storage hasn't done anything to damage the dolls.

Well what do you know, my shipment just arrived to Netherlands. Going to be receiving the package on Tuesday, just few days before my birthday

so I would assume this affects all orders including mine.
never bothered asking because there is little point ,the delivery will happen when it happens.
but I was beginning to think it was taking time to get here, now I know the reasons I will just be patient
good to hear of dullahan receiving his shipment , fingers crossed that email on delivery will arrive soonish .

Haven't received the shipment yet but it passed EU customs and UPS is slowly but surely bringing it to me.
Hopefully you'll be getting your DS soon too.
